We are a well-funded, early-stage quantitative hedge fund with AI ambitions. Based in Shanghai, current members include Stanford PhDs, Columbia/Tsinghua/PKU/Fudan masters, International Math Olympiad gold medalists, and veterans from top US hedge funds including Two Sigma, Citadel, and PDT.

We are looking for two kinds of people to join us:

- Highly talented programmers, preferably with experience building robust, large-scale, "big data"-related systems with Java and/or Python.
- Math/science wizards, preferably with experience in mathematical modeling, data analytics, and algorithm implementation. Specific skills may include probability, statistics, machine learning, and optimization.

No finance background is necessary. But a passion for programming and/or having fun with mathematics is mandatory. The intellectual challenge will be exciting, and the financial compensation will be competitive. Both full-time and internship opportunities are available.
